Reins Ref: EVGREINS All of the donkeys that are used for riding therapy have specially purchased tack, the reins used are fitted for each donkey to ensure a perfect fit. The children are encouraged to hold the reins and are encouraged to learn left from right when possible, as well as the donkey being led by a trained member of staff or volunteer. Reins are also used to "drive" a donkey in our specially designed carts which are ideal for use by children in wheelchairs who are unable to ride the donkeys. Reins are also used to help children who lack strength in their hands to help with their grip. One set of fitted reins: £10.00 Quantity:
